Babies usually start adding complementary foods from 6 months, and 7-8 months is when babies have a big appetite when their intestines and stomachs already have stable digestive functions.
Mothers can make all kinds of food for their babies, such as ordinary vegetables, fruits, fresh fish, shrimp meat, and so on.
However, the prerequisite is making a fine-paste complementary food.
Here are some recommended 7-8 months baby suitable for eating complementary food recipes:
1. Fresh shrimp and vegetable porridge
Ingredients: 2 fresh prawns, a few vegetables, rice
Practice: The shrimp boil color, remove the shrimp, and separate the heads from the tails, carefully peel away the shell, and remove the vein that runs along the shrimp's back and standby.
Vegetables are washed and stirred into vegetable puree, rice into cooking porridge, and vegetables and shrimp paste, and cooked.
2. Minced meat and vegetable porridge
Ingredients: chicken 30g, fresh bok choy or broccoli, carrots, rice.
Practice: Cut the meat into small pieces, blanch, and put into the blender into the meat puree.

3. Baby noodles

Boil water in a pot, add the noodles, and cook for 5 minutes, then add the vegetable puree, drizzle with vegetable oil, turn down the heat, and cook for 8 minutes.
4. Fruit Puree
Ingredients: baby's favorite fruit 2 samples, here to apple and banana as an example.
Practice: Take half of the apple peel, remove the core, and cut it into small pieces.
Take half of the banana peel, apple pieces, and banana puree together in the blender, and mix well.
5. Vegetable puree
Ingredients: 2-3 kinds of vegetables, such as carrots, broccoli, bok choy, spinach, potatoes and so on.
Directions: Wash the vegetables, cut them into small pieces, put them into a blender, and blend them into a fine vegetable puree, strain it once, and then consume it.
6. Fish puree
Material: Choose meat that is delicious, has high DHA content, and has less fish, such as cod, salmon, sea bass, and so on.
Practice: Remove the fresh fish clean skin and thorns, place in a bowl, and steam.
Put the fish into a blender and blend it into fish puree. If you feel that it lacks moisture, you can blend some fish stock.
