Many people in life like to eat curry-flavored food, which is salty with some sweet and spicy. Curry chicken is a very famous curry-flavored food. How do you make curry chicken?

Method.
1. Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces.
2. Pour the right amount of curry powder and pepper inside the bowl and mix well, then put the chicken pieces inside the bowl and marinate for half an hour.

How to make chicken curry rice
Ingredients: 2 large chicken wings, 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1/2 onion, half a small spoon of salt, 20 grams of ginger, 80 grams of vegetable oil, 1 box of original curry, and the right amount of water
1. Wash the chicken wings and chop them into small pieces of 2 cm.
2. Put the chicken pieces inside a large bowl, pour in the ginger, and half a spoon of salt and mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.
Remove the ends of the onions, remove the skin of the carrots and potatoes, and cut them into pieces about the same size as the chicken.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat, add the chicken pieces, and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the onion over low heat and stir-fry until the onion changes color and becomes transparent.
Add the potatoes and carrots and stir-fry well. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot until all the ingredients are covered and the lid is on.
Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Break the curry into small pieces into the pot, stirring while stirring, until all the curry is stirred evenly melted and then stewed for 5 minutes until the soup becomes thick and then you can turn off the heat.
5. The rice will be buckled on top of the plate, and the cooked chicken curry will be poured on top of the rice, so a delicious chicken curry rice is done.
